Is situated close to the village of Penna San Giovanni overlooking the dramatic Sibillini Mountains in the centre of Italy's Le Marche region. The village has two bars, a restaurant, chemist, bakers, grocers, theatre and stunning park with views as far as the Adriatic. The area is often in ‘Festa’ mode, depending on the time of year you arrive, the surrounding towns and villages celebrate many spectacular festivals all with welcoming atmospheres for you to join in the fun, (ask for details on arrival). The area is perfect for rural pursuits, walking, cycling, nature watching, painting holidays or simply relaxing in the house and by the pool area with a book and glass of wine.
The property is over one hundred years old and has been lovingly restored by the owners, retaining many original features, such as beautiful vaulted ceilings and original wooden beams.
The neighbouring airports are Ancona and Pescara, approximately one and a half hours drive away. Both airports
are served by Ryanair with daily flights all year round and you will find a choice of car rental companies at the arrival terminal.
