Prices are per week in GBP, we can also accept payment in EUR. To confirm a booking a deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable. The balance must then be paid a minimum of eight weeks in advance of arrival together with a security deposit of £250 per booking which is refundable in whole or in part dependent on any damage caused. It will be returned two weeks following your departure. Late bookings (less than eight weeks before departure) must be paid in full. If not received when due, we will regard your booking as cancelled and you will be liable for the charges shown below.
If you wish to alter your booking we will try to accommodate you, subject to charge of £30 for each alteration made.
If you wish to cancel your holiday entirely you must do so in writing, either by email or regular mail.
Cancellation charges: 60 days or more before arrival 25% 40-60 days 50% less than 40 days 100%. Our prices include the cost of electricity, water and cooking gas, weekly cleaning, linen and towels,(pool towels are also included). Should you require extra cleaning this can be arranged at a further cost.
Pool maintenance will take place twice a week. Guests are reminded that swimming pools are dangerous for small children and care should be taken to ensure that children do not go to the pool unaccompanied.
Bookings commence on a Friday afternoon and we would ask that you do not arrive before 3pm to ensure the property is ready for your arrival. Departure time is 10am. Should you wish to arrive on an alternative day please enquire especially in the quieter months.
